Coverage
Our refund or replacement policy applies to situations involving faulty products. These faults may include the presence of weeds, dirt contamination, or damage to the bales you receive from Allied Forage.
Steps to Address Quality Concerns
If you discover that your bales do not meet our expected standards, we kindly ask that you follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:
1.) Cease Use: Immediately discontinue feeding the product to your livestock and stop using any remaining bales from the affected batch.
2.) Document the Issue: Capture clear and detailed photographs of the product issue. These images will help us better understand and address the problem.
3.) Contact Us: Lodge a request in writing with Allied Forage by sending an email to info@alliedforage.co.nz. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your name and contact information.
- Order number or invoice details.
- A description of the quality issue.
- Attach the photographs you captured.
4.) Prepare for Collection: Once we receive your request, one of our team members will coordinate the collection of the affected product for further inspection. Properly preparing the product for collection ensures a smooth process.

While we strive to provide top-notch forage products, it’s essential to understand that Allied Forage is not liable for any issues that may arise from incorrect storage or usage of our products. We encourage you to follow recommended storage and feeding guidelines to maximize the quality and nutritional value of our forage.
Exclusions
Please be aware that our bale guarantee policy does not apply to any discounted bales. While we stand behind the quality of all our products, discounts are offered for various reasons, and the same level of guarantee may not be applicable to these specific items.
